Meet the 2025 Gregory Gardens PTA Executive Board

President: Casey 

Guides the PTA and works closely with the school to support events, programs, and big-picture goals all year long.

Vice President: Gina 

Supports the President and manages ongoing programs like Gator Bites and school-wide volunteer coordination.

Parliamentarian: Mondona
Helps ensure our PTA meetings and decisions run smoothly, fairly, and by the rules.

Secretary: Sarah 

Keeps detailed notes of every meeting and helps us stay organized and on track.

Treasurer: Melanie

Manages our budget, donations, and spending to make sure we can fund the fun and keep everything transparent.

Communications: Janet 

Shares everything you need to know via email, social media, and flyers, from events to deadlines and more.

Programs Coordinator: Ali 

Helps to bring school-wide events to life, supports event chairs, and supports the planning for Gator Day and other various activities.

Fundraising Director: Emily 

Oversees all PTA fundraising efforts and partners with event leads to plan and execute major fundraisers like the Read-A-Thon and Spring Fundraiser. The funds raised directly support classroom enrichment, teacher resources, and student programs throughout the year.

Merchandise Chair: Sam

Manages all things Gator Gear, from ordering to inventory, so families can show their school spirit all year long.

Room Parent Coordinator:

Supports classroom Room Parents and helps coordinate appreciation events for teachers and staff.

Hospitality Chair: Ashley 

Makes every event feel warm and welcoming with treats, décor, and thoughtful touches, and helps celebrate our amazing staff throughout the year.

Supports programs and events that celebrate and promote inclusion and equity.

Book Fair Chair:

Organizes our fall and spring Book Fairs to keep our Gators excited about reading.

GatorFest Chair:

Plans and executes our exciting fall carnival, GatorFest, a fun-filled evening of games, food, and community connection for all Gator families.

Dine & Donate Coordinator:

Organizes monthly restaurant nights where families can enjoy dining out while giving back to the school at the same time.

Community Service Day Chair:

Wally 

Leads Gregory Gardens’ participation in Pleasant Hill’s Community Service Day, a special day of campus beautification and giving back.

Love photography and capturing meaningful moments? The role is perfect for someone who enjoys being behind the camera and documenting the heart of our school community. This person attends PTA events and programs throughout the year to take photos, gather highlights, and help tell the story of our Gator family. The Historian curates memories for our newsletters, social media, and year-end wrap-ups, making sure all the hard work and joyful moments are remembered and celebrated.
